No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
No-Gi Jiu Jitsu emphasizes grappling techniques without the traditional uniform, focusing on speed and adaptability in a more fluid combat style.
No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
All you need is a rash guard and board shorts without pockets or zippers. This attire helps in ensuring safety and flexibility, allowing you to move freely and focus on technique without the traditional Gi.
Traditional Jiu Jitsu
Gi Jiu Jitsu involves training with a traditional Gi, emphasizing technique and control, leveraging the Gi for grips and chokes.
Traditional Jiu Jitsu
You'll need a traditional Gi and a belt that corresponds to your rank. The Gi is crucial for grip and leverage techniques, and it also instills a sense of tradition and discipline in the practice. Your Gi can be purchased here at Longhouse.
Kid's Jiu Jitsu
Kids Jiu Jitsu introduces children to the fundamentals of self-defense and discipline in a safe, fun environment, fostering physical fitness and confidence.
Kid's Jiu Jitsu
For Gi classes, a durable Gi and white belt are essential, while No-Gi classes require a rash guard and shorts, ensuring safety, comfort, and freedom of movement for all martial arts activities.
