Learn about our different training formats

No-Gi Submission Grappling

Our signature program focuses on submission grappling without the traditional gi uniform. You'll wear a rash guard and shorts or spats while learning takedowns, positional control, and submissions.

Class Structure:

  • Warm-up and movement drills (5 min)
  • Technique demonstration and partner drilling (35-40 min)
  • Live rolling (15-20 min)

Who It's For:

All skill levels welcome. This style translates directly to self-defense and MMA applications.

Gi Jiu Jitsu

Traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practiced in the gi. The gi allows for additional grips and techniques including collar chokes, sleeve controls, and lapel guards.

Class Structure:

  • Warm-up and movement drills (5 min)
  • Technique demonstration and partner drilling (35-40 min)
  • Live rolling (15-20 min)

Who It's For:

Anyone interested in traditional BJJ. Great for developing patience and technical precision.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Age-appropriate martial arts instruction designed to build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness while having fun. Our kids program emphasizes respect, self-control, and anti-bullying strategies.

  • Technique learning through games and drills (25-30 min)
  • Controlled sparring and team activities (15-20 min)
